By tracking social media content and linking posts that reference weddings such as, “can’t wait to be a bridesmaid” and ”getting married in 3 months”, the brand were then able to send out highly targeted emails and postcards on a weekly basis to those individuals flagged over social media.
This targeted campaigning generated regular income and raised the profile of the brand as a go to retailer for wedding shoes.
