REaD Group data has been mapped to open social media profiles. The social profiles and posts are text-mined to determine the type of person posting and what motivates them. REaD data can then be matched to client data, enabling a proportion of the data used to build the segments to be profiled. With enough data points to provide granular profiles, we can interrogate the segments with more in-depth understanding.
